Introduction
At Portfolio App, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your data from our platform, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your personal data (including your account, profile information, and any associated data), please follow these steps:
- Send an email to marklasfar@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Include the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
- In the email, provide your full name and any relevant account details (e.g., email address used for login).
- We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days, as required by applicable data protection laws.
What Happens After Your Request
Upon receiving your request:
- We will delete all personal data associated with your account, including profile information and authentication tokens.
- We will notify you via email once the deletion is complete.
- Note that some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
Facebook Login Users
If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also remove our app's access to your Facebook account:
- Log in to your Facebook account.
- Go to Settings > Apps and Websites.
- Find "Portfolio App" and click "Remove".
- Follow the prompts to revoke our access to your data.
